Pastor Brian Larson

Brian Larson and his wife, Nancy, came to serve our church in 1995. They have four grown sons, two daughters-in-law, and one granddaughter. Nancy works as a substitute teacher in the Chicago Public School system. In addition to serving our church, Pastor Brian serves full-time as editor of PreachingToday.com, a website of Christianity Today International.

Pastor Brian has a masters degree in theology from Wheaton Graduate School. He is the co-author of Preaching That Connects (Zondervan, 1994) and co-general editor of The Art & Craft of Biblical Preaching (Zondervan, 2005). He has been the author, coauthor, and general editor of other books and magazine articles as well. He has been a minister in the Assemblies of God since 1975. In addition to his family, work, and ministry, he enjoys classical music, exercise, photography, graphic design, and observing nature.
